Kuk Sool Won Sylmar, a Korean Traditional Martial Arts Studio. We offer martial arts classes for adults and children of all ages. Our self-defense school offers a safe and welcoming environment with padded flooring, temperature controlled rooms, and friendly staff. Students of all ages can learn how to defend their bodies. We focus on self confidence, respect, proper etiquette, striking and kicking techniques, throwing and grappling techniques, joint-locking and pressure point techniques, advanced protection techniques, traditional Korean forms, traditional Korean weapons.
