The staff is great, but the receptionist who sits on the right ( the Hispanic lady) is extremely unprofessional. She speaks English to non-Spanish people very well, including her coworkers. She called a woman up before me mind you she’s clearly non Hispanic, and their whole interaction was in English. But when I walked up to her and spoke to her IN ENGLISH, she immediately switched to Spanish. Not everyone speaks Spanish, and words can’t describe how irritating it is to have someone assume that just based on how you look.
