I have been working with Lacey who is the Director of Community Relations at Fields Senior Living for about six weeks. My sister and I live in Southern California and just moved my sister to Arlington WA two days ago to live at this facility which is close to her son. I have spent so much time talking and texting to Lacey and she’s always been so patient, informative and helpful with this complicated and stressful preparation and transition. Lacey is just an amazing person and I will forever be grateful for her professionalism and sense of humor.
My Mom has memory issues and some health concerns and has experienced many changes over the last seven months. We toured Fields in May and knew almost instantly just walking in that this was a place she would feel comfortable, with outstanding amenities as well as beautiful surroundings. Lacey answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to bring comfort and care in what has been a life altering change for our entire family. Her smile and outgoing personality will make your day. The food is a highlight and served and prepared by a wonderful staff.
I was real hesitant on finding a senior living place for my mom. I and the whole family am so happy to have found the Fields Senior living. My mom is so happy and loves the staff. Every one of them. We do too the family. They are amazing! They are always around to give a helping hand or just a nice word and always a smile. The residents all looks so happy And content. I want to give a heart felt Thank you to Lacey. She has been absolutely amazing! In so many ways. If I have a question, Lacey finds me the answer every time all of the time.
