The staff is caring and attentive. The range of activities and opportunities are diverse and engaging, both in-house and around Seattle. We give our highest recommendation!
While Ballard Landmark is a nice facility, anyone that truly needs assisted living may find it lacking. While the staff is amazing, they are stretched very thin to the point that the residents may suffer. In repeated letters to the on-site management, these issues have not been fully addressed. If you are looking for assisted living "light", this is probably as a good a place as any.
