Terrible experience! These are trainees... who wash hair, especially highlights, with no speed or experience! For a professional salon... They assign people to wash highlights with color, which is very difficult and requires experience, and then they ask them to apply toner... without supervision or practice... It's pathetic... I don't want them practicing on my head... Because the trainee took too long to rinse my color quickly, my highlights absorbed some of the color and turned yellow...
