Inquiring regarding this facility for a friend. I asked their sales person why I should select.this location over others. With all needs being met equally at various places, why here? She beautifully spoke of the caring staff who treat their residents like family, the smaller facility and intimate atmosphere. Julie is of the local community, so her reputation is valuable. This definitely all weighs in Ivy Park's favor.
My mom is a resident at Ivy Park's Memory Care. The staff have been very caring toward her and include her in numerous activities daily. I have been very impressed with the kindness and concern all employees of Ivy Park have shown my mom and my family.
