Our Mother has lived 2 years in Assisted Living and is currently living in Memory Care for over 3 years now. It's amazing how well Sara Post (Executive Director), her wonderful Staff and Caregivers helped transition our Mother from Assisted Living to Memory Care - especially when she was extremely resistant. They have gone over & above for our Mother, and we truly appreciate each one of them and their help to make her feel at home. Sara keeps families updated and attentively listens to their concerns.
My father moved in earlier this month and we are very impressed. Monica handled all of the details with ease and made his transition from Reno seamless. The view from his apartment is stunning and his newly renovated space is beautiful. Last, but certainly not least, is the warmth and care of the staff. Their smiles brighten the day.
My mother spent the last years of her life at Ivy park. she left us on December 1 of 2025. It’s hard to put into words the excellence of care that she received. The entire staff was really incredible, and my gratitude will be unending. What has amaze me is how Ivy park has stayed in our lives. Monica is the one who gave us our first tour, Mrs. Zuniga, was so incredibly personable that she instantly felt like family to us and we felt like we could trust Ivy park because of her. Over the years my mom was there Monica proved herself to be that kind of person to everyone.
