While this is a nice facility, the monthly $9,000 price originally quoted to my parents increased to $11,500. Part of the increase was that my parents couldn’t be trusted to take their own medication. It’s basically a scam in which older people are presented with a positive picture, but not informed about the actual pricing.
My grandmother has been living here for a little over a year and she absolutely loves it. Every visit I have with her, she goes on and on about how she loves all the staff, her apartment, meals, view and activities. Every time I visit her, the staff is so kind and always smiles on their faces. I’ve never heard a complaint from my grandmother about Ivy Park. This place has a very homey-like atmosphere. I always look forward to visiting this beautiful community and my grandmother.
Moved parents 3 weeks ago. Very impressed with cleanliness, amount of activities, the genuine kindness of the staff, and the food is amazing! Parents are very happy and so are all the children who sent them
