My Mom has been an Evergreen resident at Ivy Park at West Hills for over a year now, and I am extremely satisfied with the level of care and attention she receives from the staff. They are all patient and compassionate and have responded to all my questions and concerns in a prompt and professional manner. I visit my Mom frequently and it is an exceptional memory care facility. I leave worry-free knowing that my Mom is being well taken care of.
We are so grateful for the care our grandmother receives at Ivy Park West Hills. Caring for someone with dementia can be incredibly challenging, especially when they can be difficult or resistant at times, but the staff consistently meet her with patience, kindness, and understanding. What means the most to our family is how well they handle her individual needs while still treating her with dignity and compassion. They take the time to work with her personality and challenges rather than simply seeing the dementia.
I was there recently visiting a family member/resident and had a couple of meals . The food was REALLY good! I have, sadly had more than my share of meals at a minimum of 10 different assisted living facilities. None of them were close to as good as the dishes we had recently at Ivy Park. We hadn't planned to eat there, so nothing different was prepared for us. Also, towards the end of each meal, the chef came around to see if everyone enjoyed their meal or wished it had been different. We told him the truth: it was super good! We are kind of foodies so it's a huge compliment!
