Pat from front desk is very accommodating and very pleasant! !

This place is so beautiful. It has such a homey feel, Jennifer at the front desk was very nice & sweet even though we didn't have an appointment. She got us a tour with Tasha. Tasha is so nice & knowledgeable. Her bubbly personality & caring demeanor really made us feel like we were making the best choice for our grandma. She answered all our questions and also gave us some help on the next step. We had been to two other places and we didn't know half the stuff she taught us. That is why we chose Magnolia Court for our Granny.

In 1-1/2 years of having my loved one here she has always been treated with kindness and respect. She enjoys the activities and outings and feels safe in her surroundings. Though turnover and occasional being short on staff is unfortunate it seems common in the caregiving industry.
