Great service, as always
HUGE praise for Dr. Madison & Nurse Christina at Neumed Urgent Care(Washington Ave.)! We brought our 2.5 year old daughter in this morning because she had hurt her hand/arm and was unable to move it all night. Both of them were extremely patient & gentle with our toddler who was having a hard time getting examined. Both Dr. Madison & Nurse Christina took the time to try to find ways to help comfort and ease our daughter so she could do the xray. Even thought we couldn’t go through with the xray, Dr.
huge shoutout to the team at this location. I’m someone who doesn’t have insurance and the front desk lady, Laura, was super kind and understanding. Knowing that i was on a limited budget and didn’t have insurance, Laura did everything in her power to make sure i received the best care at an affordable price. The rest of the staff was more than welcoming and made sure that i was okay at all times. It’s rare to see so much kindness, especially when you are feeling completely terrible. Thank you to everyone who helped me out today. Blessings to you all for your kindness!
