New Haven in Floresville is such a caring and welcoming community for seniors. The setting feels more like a home than a facility, with cozy spaces, a central kitchen, and plenty of room for connection and comfort. What really stands out is the staff—they are compassionate, attentive, and treat every resident like family. Whether it’s assisted living or memory care, you can feel the dedication to making sure each person is safe, comfortable, and valued. It gives families real peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in such good hands. Truly a wonderful place.
My Dad has been at New Haven for two years. All of the staff has been wonderful. My dad is a very difficult man to work with and they have shown nothing but patience and care beyond my expectations. They always notify me immediately if he has some health issue. The only negative I can see is that they no longer have a full time RN on staff. They did when he first arrived during Covid times. I think it would be beneficial to have one on staff.
