Spotted Dog Yoga & SUP is one of a kind! The vibes are amazing: great music and even better humans. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and friendly!!!! Every single person who works here is a ray of sunshine! ☀️ Ashley B. is a superstar! Every class I’ve attended has been led with love and light.
