Recent comment about this facility from the last (review Erica ) was 100 percent true (the feedback from the facility is poor and she’s right (poor communication and understanding) Ps- Patrick is not one to work is a place like very rude man ! Not kind , not nice and rude to other and has attitude!! (Girls in the back should help people who need help and get off there phone and off the desks it’s a facility not Macy’s putting on makeup in front of others very unprofessional girls
Mia was very helpful and did a great job showing us around. Thank you again, the Carlotta looks like a great place. Ron and Kathy Ward
Mia provided my husband and I a tour of the community as we are interested in it for our 91 year old aunt. From start to finish the tour of the facility was first class. From the Welcome sign in the lobby to the time Mia spent showing us all the housing / living options, amenities, and services. We also had a chance to speak to several staff members and residents for their personal feedback, which is invaluable. We ended our tour with a comped lunch at the Vine Restaurant and a parting gift.
