I am writing as an alias for concerns for my family member who is a resident at Ivy, because I am deeply concerned about the direction this community has taken since the change in ownership and management. For years, through 2021 and into the beginning of 2026, our family felt that Cherry Creek was a community that functioned well. Like any senior living facility, it was not perfect, but there was stability. There were established systems, experienced employees who knew the residents, and a sense that the people caring for our loved ones understood their individual needs.
I couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful care and warm welcome my mother has received at the Ivy Cherry Hills. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming, and they have gone above and beyond to help make her transition to her new home as comfortable and positive as possible. The community itself is beautiful, warm, and truly feels like home. The residents are friendly and welcoming, which has made such a difference as my mother adjusts to this new chapter. And the food is delicious!
Moving a parent into assisted living is never an easy decision, but our experience with The Ivy at Cherry Hills has made the transition so much easier than we could have imagined. From the moment my father moved in, the staff has been incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming. They have gone out of their way to help him adjust to his new home, while also providing me with exceptional support throughout the process.
